The experience was very lovely.
Strat is one of the best hotels I've stayed at so far and everything around is so convenient. Gym, pool at the 8th floor with a beautiful view. Strat tower had an amazing view as well. And they have McDonalds too. Very affordable and representatives were so nice and friendly and welcoming. I recommend this hotel 10/10. Would love to book again next time 🥂🥂🥂🥂.
I let the man upgrade me to a fully upgraded room, which he said was $25 and then I was charged $35. Then the room was not newly remodeled. The toilet paper holder kept falling open. The wallpaper was coming off the wall in the bathroom.

everything was amazing.
There was issues with the toilet on first day that needed attention. Staff not too knowledgeable on how to resolve the problem. Needed few calls for staff to return and fixed the problem. Room not getting cold enough for our liking. Feels like the temperature settings cannot be changed. On our third day, our room was not cleaned when we got back from leaving at 11 am and call was made to housekeeping that room is ready for service.
Absolutely loved the cal king suite! Beautiful stay!
People in hotel were nice and friendly. Stratosphere waiter was decent and food was good. Going to to see the city good.

We booked three rooms, however the check in process was very convoluted. Our rooms were eventually put in different towers when originally we were promised the same floor. The staff were confused and hwe had to re explain the situation multiple times. The rooms, however, were very clean.
The non smoking rooms smelled like an ash tray.
