The hotel room was clean
My only complaint was when I went to do my airline check in, the printer had no paper. Went to the counter next to the area and told the staff that the paper was out and her reply was to come back in the morning when guest services reopened. All I needed was three sheets of paper. Then I went to the check in counter and a nice gentleman came with paper to fill the printer. I was so grateful. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and friendly. Overall we had a great time. This is my 4th time staying at TI.
Loved the old school vibe, loved the lounge show, how clean it was and convenient. Never stayed there before and will be back.
Venue was nice as were employees, we were pleased.
We enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all. Seemed to have more gaming machines than anywhere else. Everything you need is right there in the hotel.
Treasure Island Never Disappoints! Best Hotel and Casino in Vegas.
Starting with checkin the gal at front desk made sure my sister and I had rooms close together and put us in amazing panoramic rooms across from each other with view of the sphere. Super clean comfortable rooms. When asked for suggestions and directions at the bell desk we got friendly and clear suggestions on better ways to get around, they were a huge help. Waitress at the coffee shop was so friendly and caring and very personable. This was the first time at this hotel and I will definitely come back again.
Wow, every single person I met at your hotel went out of their way to be helpful from the front desk to the Bell desk to Goldie Inn the coffee shop. The hotel was clean and in a good location and my sister and I were upgraded too really wonderful panoramic view rooms. I would definitely stay here again!
